9. ELECTION OF NCF OFFICERS
9.1 Election
Elections into offices except office of the President and Secretary General shall be a four term tenor longevity each tenor is four years and election will be held every four years to re-elect officers.
9.2 Term of Office
9.2.1 The term of office for all officers of the NCF except the office of the President and Secretary General, all other offices shall be for four years and the mandate of all officers, even those who were elected between electoral General Assemblies, shall expire at the electoral General Assembly. All officers shall be eligible for re-election except the President and Secretary General and their office remains.
9.2.2 A person may be nominated for NCF office except the office the President and Secretary General, by any State member association, provided that the candidate is in good standing in his own state association. "A member in good standing" shall be defined as a fully paid up or honorary member within his or her state association, who is not under suspension by that body or by any other respectable sport organization, including the NCF regions and the NCF.
9.2.3 Nominations of candidates for each NCF offices shall be received by the NCF Secretary General at the latest 30 days prior to the date of the General Assembly where the election shall take place. Later nominations shall not be accepted, except there is no nomination for an NCF office.
